IMO if you really like bacon and you are going to eat it, you need to cook it really good until it is a nice brown crispy color.
Pork that is not cooked right through can give you worms, I have seen video's of people with worms in their brain and, it isn't pretty .
I don't cook bacon as often as I had years ago but, we do like Pork chops and roasts and, at least once a week I cook it. I make darn sure it is cooked really good.
As for eggs I agree imo eggs are good for you. We buy the good for life Omega 3 eggs. The hens diet consists of flax seeds which makes them a source of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids. Each 53 gram egg contains 0.4 g (400mg)of total omega-3, 0.075g (75mg) of which is DHA omega-3. DHA, an omega -3 fatty acid, supports the normal physical development of the brain, eyes and nerves primarily in children under two years of age. These eggs are also an excellent source of vitamin E and protein.
IMO why eggs are not on the list likely comes from the high amount of Cholesterol and fat content in a egg. Again I think the key word is Moderation.
There are two words and one TV show I wish were around when our parents were growing up and, when I was growing up the #1. TV show is Nanny 911 and #1. word is Time Out. You guessed it the #2. word is "Moderation"
IMO I think the word "moderation" and, the phrase "everything in moderation" started people thinking about how much and, how often they drank and ate things that were supposedly bad for your body?
I first heard the word "moderation" and phrase "everything in Moderation" 15 years ago. Over the years the word and phrase became really popular they made sense and,I did start changing the amount and times I eat certain foods:)! Even to this day March 31, 2012 people say them.
I don't know about you booboo but, I sure never heard the word Moderation being told to me when I was growing up.
Heck back then we were lucky when we did get to eat and, when we did I ate everything in sight .

Actually I have a life and only waste time fighting with narcissists when I have nothing better to do. I may be getting the last laugh though about BCID but the meeting I have been asked to attend is still a few weeks away.
Remember you heard the first hint here. Bwahahahahahaha

Possum: I figured you out long ago and know that you are nothing to worry about. You do not have much credibility in my books.
