Rich or Poor: Which is more ethical?
It's all about greed! Cheat, lie, break the law? Chances are, you’re rich
At first glance, it might seem more likely that poorer people would be more tempted to cheat or break the law, in order to improve their lot in life. But a growing body of research is coming to the opposite conclusion – that it’s people at the top of the income scale for whom honesty, integrity, and generosity seem to be a challenge.

No surprise there! I suspect many people in the higher echelons of society truly believe our laws are written to keep the low lifers away from their doorstep. Hmmm come to think of it that is why our laws were written

My spidey sense is all a-twingle.
Why such a study? Why now? Could it be that a movement exists to promote an economic class war? Sort of reminds me of the proletarian rhetoric just before the Russian Revolution. (No, I wasn't there; I'm just a diligent student of human history.) It also reminds me of another famous line from a well-known source: it's easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle that for a rich man to enter the Kingdom of Heaven.
Hmmmmm.

Who the heck funds all these "studies". I'm sick to death of studies that tell us what we already know, or even worse, local studies that tell government how to spend our taxes. Like they need help with that...
