CUPE: Ten Percent Shift

Here is a GREAT IDEA! CUPE is taking the lead on a campaign to shop local. Clearly the union is thinking about its members and the future. It will be difficult for local government to maintain current levels of employment if communities can't find ways to maintain their local economy.
